Sharable Survey

  1. Log in to your Uzera account.

  2. Navigate to the Survey section by selecting the Survey option from the sidebar.

  3. Click on the "Create New Survey" button.

    (You'll see two options as a survey type in Build Survey Modal. One is "Web-App survey" and another is "Sharable link". Since we're building a Web-App survey, select the "Sharable link" option.)

  4. Select a pre-designed survey template and click "Continue with template" or click "Start from scratch".

(Follow the survey creation process. Once your survey is created, you'll be redirected to the survey update page.)

(If you have selected a sample, you will get sample questions.)

  1. To add more questions, click on the "Add new questions" button on the left sidebar.

    (You'll see the list of question types. Click on the question that you want to add.)

  2. Edit the survey question, logic, etc. from the right sidebar. (You can edit the content from the preview area.)

Design Survey

If you are done with the survey creation part, let's design the survey.

  1. Navigate to your survey editing page.

  2. Click on "Design" from the stepper or click on the continue button.

You will see the list of customization on the left sidebar from where you can change colors, survey theme, font, company logo, progress bar style, etc.

  • Try pre-designed themes for the survey. Click on the "see all" button to view all the themes.

Publish Survey

  1. Navigate to your survey editing page.

  2. Click on "Publish" from the stepper or click on the continue button twice.

  3. Review all your configurations on the left sidebar.

(You might get a warning message regarding no domain or script installation.)

  1. Click on the "Publish" button.

  2. You can also send an email containing the shareable link using various integration platforms. These platforms allow you to define a target audience and send the same email to multiple recipients. While each integration may have its own configuration settings, one thing remains consistent — the link will always be included in the email.

  1. You can either send the email immediately or schedule it to be sent at a later date and time. Once scheduled, the email will be automatically delivered at the specified time. You also have the option to view the scheduling history—just click on View, and you’ll see a list of all scheduled emails across all available integrations.
